Cake Decorating and SugarCraft for Improvers

The syllabus will include the following:

  • Coating, Crimping and Embossing.
  • Fabric Effects, Textured Drapes and Frills.
  • Ribbons, Bows and Sugar Embroidery.
  • Modelling fun figures.
  • Textures and colour balance.
  • Designing Celebration cakes.

The course is run by Valentina Rossi, owner of the Pink Bakery Baldoyle. She is very talented and makes the techniques very accessible to all levels of skill.


Course cost is €150 including materials
