Tai Chi for Beginners

 

Tai chi and Qi Gong are gentle but powerful movements that can help people improve their health and well being. The class is open to people of all ages and physical ability. The movements are designed to work with all individuals to help open their physical and energetic bodies. During this class we will explore the Tai Chi short form as well as some Qi Gong movements and stretches with the intention of improving our personal health. Tai Chi and Qi Gong will give you a unique opportunity to practice exercises that will benefit your whole being: body, heart, mind and soul.  

Wednesday afternoons 2-3pm

Classes are one hour long.
