Yoga – On the Mat

If you are curious about the benefits of stretching, relaxing and breathing more effectively, this yoga class will excel in teaching you the foundations of some of the basic postures of Hatha Yoga & mindfulness. 

The class will keep you in the moment, conscious and aware of you, your mind, and your body. 

You will learn to stretch, breathe deeply and for longer, be free from everyday stresses and triggers, relieving tension and tight muscles, and finally, releasing your thoughts and relaxing the active monkey mind!
