A total workout, combining all elements of fitness – cardio, muscle conditioning, balance and flexibility, boosted energy and a serious dose of awesome each time you leave class.
A 50-minute Zumba class would be structured as follows:
- Warm up: 10 minutes.
- Cardiovascular training: 25 minutes.
- Cardiovascular cool-down (cold-down): 5 minutes.
- Toning and stretching: 10 minutes.
