Get fit, have fun and dance your socks off with our new Zumba class!!!

A total workout, combining all elements of fitness – cardio, muscle conditioning, balance and flexibility, boosted energy and a serious dose of awesome each time you leave class.

A 60-minute Zumba class would be structured as follows: 

  1. Warm up: 10 minutes. 
  2. Cardiovascular training: 30 minutes. 
  3. Cardiovascular cool-down (cold-down): 10 minutes. 
  4. Toning and stretching: 10 minutes. 

Classes are every Tuesday evening in Pobalscoil Neasáin
