Chair Yoga is suitable for everybody.  

 Hatha yoga postures performed on a chair 

Working with the breath to help release tension and stress from the body & mind, mindfully! 




The class begins with mindfulness & basic breathing techniques, chair yoga and finishes with mindfulness & relaxation.  This form of Chair yoga is suitable for everybody.
